Buildings portfolio development
The acquired buildings‘ area under the exclusive management of BATO Group can be divided according to its use as following: 47% commercial, 26% residential and 27% nursing homes. Starting with 10.000m² in the 1st year, 4 years later BATO Group has arrived at the successful acquisition and management of 100.000m² with the total value of € 140mil.

All of the objects were scouted and developed according to the individual investment objectives of our clients. BATO Group supported every one of them from the selection of the object, the technical and legal due diligence, the acquisition, the planning and execution of the refurbishment (if needed), the marketing of the newly repositioned object and its management.
